GAME DESIGNERS

Want to help design the game?

 

We’re looking for passionate players who want to be part of the Game Designer Team. Game Designers help shape the future of the game by sharing ideas, giving feedback, and working with the admins to guide development.

 

If you’re interested in joining, please reach out to us via in-game ticket here or pm Sendoh directly via Discord. Tell us a little about yourself, your experience with the game, and why you’d like to be a Game Designer.

 

This is a volunteer position, but it’s a great opportunity to influence how the game evolves and be part of the core team.

 

 

 

ADMIN

We are launching a recruitment process to expand our Admin Team. This is an opportunity to directly contribute to the CPL community, ensuring fair play, smooth operations, and an enjoyable experience for all users. What you’ll do as a CPL Admin (starting as Game Moderator):

• Monitor and manage in-game activity and Discord communication
• Respond to and resolve player tickets (including disputes and support requests)
• Investigate reports of cheating, account misuse, and suspicious activity
• Enforce rules fairly and consistently
• Assist players with technical or account-related issues
• Support tournaments and community events
• Contribute to the CPL roadmap – take a seat at the table in development discussions, helping guide the future direction of CPL

 

Who we’re looking for: We don’t expect a “perfect” profile, but ideal candidates should be:

• Mature & unbiased – able to handle conflicts calmly and fairly
• Experienced with the game – familiar with community and mechanics
• Reliable & consistent – available to help regularly, not just occasionally
• Good communicators – clear in writing, respectful in tone
• Community-minded – motivated to help players and improve CPL
