Your players and staff live and work here. Upgrade rooms with a one-time fee plus ongoing weekly maintenance to boost output, but watch your budget! Pro Tip: Prioritize the Streaming Room for quick passive income increase.

• Streaming Room: Home base for your streamer (the good part: Any player can stream and play on your team at the same time). Higher player fame equals more viewers and CPL earnings.
• Training Room: Increase player skills. It’s recommended to check-in frequently to monitor and maximize gains. Upgrades:
• Hardware: Boosts training results.
• Chairs: Adds an extra training slot for another player.
• Analysis Room: In this room the analyst will support a player's training progress. Think of it like a boost to their training, making the gains extra big. You can also reset unwanted talent points to re-distribute them to talents you like better.
• Academy Room: Youth squad training hub, adjust focus regularly to develop future stars.
• Merch Room: Unlocks more merchandise as your media ranking grows. Sell to fans for daily revenue. Pro Tip: Tweak sell prices for easy extra CPL weekly.

Transfer List

Hunt for superstars and make bids to bolster your roster.

• Use filters at the top to scout by stats, price, fame, etc.
• VIP Exclusive: Add players to your Short List for one-click monitoring.
• Caution: Bid smart, don't overspend early, calculate long-term value.

Finances

Your daily financial snapshot at a glance.

• Track all income (sponsors, streaming, merch, etc.) and expenses (upkeep, staff, bids, betting).
• Spot trends to ensure sustainability and plan upgrades/bids.

Staff

You can't do it alone, hire experts to automate and enhance operations. Higher star ratings in core skills equal better results.

• PR Manager:
• Sponsor Negotiation: Improves the quality of the sponsor offers you receive, meaning more money and better contract details.
• Media Relations: Increases match viewership and revenue for all official matches.
• Crisis Management: Reduces fees and negative impact of bad situations that can happen after a loss or other setbacks.
• Coach:
• Player Training: Training players to enhance their skills.
• Versatility Training: Can help a player become proficient with a new favourite weapon, this does take additional time and money.

• Analyst:
• Performance Review: Analyses match footage to identify weaknesses, providing players with targeted skill improvements based on their performance. Higher levels grant more points to better target skills.
• Training Overclock: The analyst sits down with a player in-depth review of their training, boosting their points. Higher levels increases the effectiveness of this analysis.
• Career Refinement: Allows redistribution of a player's talent points by unlocking locked points. Higher levels reduce the time required for the analyst to complete the reset.
• Scout:
• Insight: Each star level represents how many information entries a tryout generates.
• Interviews: Scouts can conduct interviews with tryouts to reveal information. The star level dictates how many days it takes to complete this analysis: 5 days with 1 star or 1 day with 5 stars.

• Attraction: Increases the number of days tryouts remain on the team before expiring. Base is 2 days, plus 1 day per star level (so 7 days at 5 stars).

Sponsors

Secure deals to fuel your growth, crucial for steady CPL flow.

• The Sponsors are incredibly important to establish yourself financially.
• Pro tip: Calculate the returns you are expecting from each sponsor offer and then decide on the one that will give you the biggest guaranteed returns.

Media

Monitor and grow your team's fame level.

• Track media points progress.
• Hit thresholds to unlock perks (better merch, visibility, etc.).
• Earn points via PR, wins, and media activities.

Shop

Do you want to give your players a little edge? Buy some gear (and make sure to equip it onto the players). This shop has lots of different hardware to offer to make your players a little bit better in important matches.
FYI: Once you activate Gear for a match, one "use" will be deducted roughly 30 minutes after that match. Once the gear is fully used up, you will get a message informing you about that.

Merch

Fine-tune your side hustle. Check your merchandise earnings and set the prices for each item here. Pro tip: Make some changes to the pricing and check back after a day. This is an easy way to increase your weekly earnings through merchandise by a few CPL.
