Seasons in CPL Manager

Seasons are the heartbeat of CPL Manager, structured as fixed 35-day cycles inspired by sports season like football, soccer, etc.. Each season brings fresh challenges, map rotations, and opportunities to climb the ranks with your team. Whether you're chasing league promotions, ladder dominance, or tournament glory, understanding the season system is key to long-term success especially if you want to plan ahead.

Season Structure

  • Duration: Every season lasts 35 days (5 weeks), resetting with a new map cycle to keep the competition dynamic.
  • Map Rotation: Two main maps are played rotationally, with a third as the decider for best-of-three (BO3) matches. Maps cycle each season.
    • Example: Season 7 features Train and Castle as mains, Mill as decider.
    • Season 8 shifts to Castle and Mill as mains, with the next map (e.g., Dustline) as decider.
    • Season 9 will then have Mill & Dustline as main maps and e.g. Train as decider.
  • Competitions: Seasons host Leagues, Ladders, and Tournaments (including Majors), all tied to the seasonal calendar. Make sure to check it out regularly.

Season Progression

  • Rank Points: Earned from top placements in leagues, ladders, and tournaments. Decay 20% at season end.
  • Tier Climbs: Consistent wins promote you through tiers, unlocking tougher opponents and bigger rewards.
  • Tournaments: Qualifiers, Major qualification, and EOS tournaments align with season phases, check Calendar for the full schedule.
